Well shes a vampire and not only that but a Princess, ruler of all vampires, pretty neat eh?we notice she isn’t really shy about showing off her ……body, which I am ok with ….heh. she has a proud and self indulgent attitude that makes her cool . Mina is voiced by the lovely Voice actress Aoi Yuki, who happens to also play to voice of Noeru Kannagi from the Anime So Ra No Wo To .
So all Mina Tepes wants to do is hang out with the humans and be know though out the would, So for this month and beyond she will remain our loli of the month, so Congratulation Hime Mina tepes. May you rule all the vampires and be the cuties loli. She is in fact our first loli of the month and the oldest loli.
She will remain Loli until there is a new Loli of the month, who will challenge Mina Tepes for the Loli of the month spot next?! we will never know but there is always more loli out there.
