I was almost on the verge of dropping this since it was so boring and not my type of show to watch. But I’m deciding to give this another try. I’ll lower my standards and watch another 5 episodes before I make up my mind. Hopefully it will turn out as good as everyone thinks it is.

Summary:
Lucy and Natsu goes back to the guild, and the guild master is gone on a meeting. That bleach guy I think his name was Luke or something goes to flirt with Lucy but when he finds out that she’s a celestial wizard and runs away. Natsu and Gray are fighting like usual, Erza is coming back! everyone seems very terrified, Natsu and Gray gets perfectly along when she’s around. Erza asks the guys to help her on some mission and she agree. Natsu challenges her to a battle but gets defeated. Erza,Lucy,Gray and Natsu are now offically consider the gang. The gang discuss how there is this illegal dark guild called Elsenwald and blah blah something about Lullaby = bad. The gang gets off the train but Erza forgot about Natsu. Then a member of the Elsenwald happens to be on the train and pick a fight with Natsu = disastrous. There this 3 eyed skull flute thing (the Lullaby thingy) that apparently is able to suck the life out of people and it got into the hands of the very evil looking boss. The end!

Impressions:
This episode definitely went over my expectations, I was expecting some sort of filter episode but I’m glad there’s going to be some sort of storyline to this. The lullaby thing is pretty scary,,, sucking the life out of people? wow that’s extreme, I wonder if it’s going to be used in the next episode,, I’m very excited! It’s also interesting to see what kind of person Erza is: the type of person to take matters into her own hands and maybe a little clumsy and she is definitely more strict than the guild master himself maybe she’s like 2nd in command or something. Gray is really cool, he uses ice magic!!, that’s interesting, I didn’t expect him to have any kind of powers, since he has so much muscles he looked like type of guy who would physically fight not use magic. Fire and Ice sure doesn’t get along very well, it totally reminds me of Naruto and Sasuke and then soon they will become best friends in the end, its so predicable. Erza looks like a ice queen or something in the preview, wow I didn’t expect her to go all out so fast o_o she’s probably very strong, everything seems to be going to fast pasted = exciting :D
